Through the ELSA Global Mentorship Program, we are fortunate to have access to a large and experienced ELSA network to seek a Mentor when we need one. Someone with a more  experienced perspective,  someone wiser, who can listen, advise, support and guide in our personal and professional lives.  Someone who will believe in you, have your interests at heart and take the time to listen and answer your questions., support your journey, connect you. At the core of Mentorship, which is two way process,  is trust and a relationship that is rewarding to both – the Mentor and Mentee.

The ELSA Mentor Panel is carefully selected and based on strict criteria. We are grateful to ELSA Mentors who come forward and volunteer to guide and support fellow alumna.
